I just want to thank you for the tremendous staging job you did on our condo at Porta Bello in Boca Raton.

We bought the condo as an investment to fix up and then sell for a small profit. As we were renovating, we noticed that although our unit was going to be well equipped in terms of being completely remodeled, it would need something else to compensate for the lack of view that many of the Porta Bella units have. You and your team came in and suggested some paint colors, furnished it, and decorated it impeccably.

When we staged it, we decided to add in another $30,000 to the list price because it looked so much better than anything on the market for equal money.

WOW! We are so amazed at how this works! We listed the home, had it staged, went on vacation and the phone kept ringing with offers. We were actually able to select the buyer with the best offer. That house was a maze of rooms you needed a map to follow. The furnishings help define the spaces and I think that did the trick. Good Job Staging!
